These Terms of Use govern your use of the MessageGarden mobile application, operated by MSS Desenvolvimento de Software Ltda. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

MessageGarden provides personalized daily positive messages delivered through a mobile app. Content is generated based on the profile information you provide during onboarding.

2. Free Trial and Subscription

• MessageGarden offers a 3-day free trial upon first use. No payment is required to start the trial.
• After the trial period ends, a paid subscription is required to continue accessing the service.
• Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis and are managed through the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.

3. User Content and Profile

You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile information you provide. This information is used to personalize your experience. You may update or delete your profile at any time by contacting us.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the app or its content.
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within MessageGarden, including generated messages, design, and branding, is the property of MSS Desenvolvimento de Software Ltda. You may save messages for personal use but may not reproduce or distribute them commercially.

6. Disclaimer

MessageGarden is provided for personal wellbeing and inspirational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSS Desenvolvimento de Software Ltda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes through the app.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil.
