MSS Desenvolvimento de Software Ltda ("we", "our", or "us") operates the MessageGarden mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.
MessageGarden is built around anonymity: there are no user accounts, no email addresses, and no names. Your identity in our system is a randomly generated ID created on your device.
1. Information We Collect
MessageGarden does not collect your name, email address, or any other identifying information. We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:
- Profile preferences: A small set of anonymous multiple-choice answers you provide during onboarding, used to personalize your messages.
- Device timezone and language: To deliver messages at the right time and in your preferred language.
- Push notification token: To send your daily message notification.
- Subscription status: Whether your subscription is active. Payment details are handled entirely by the App Store — we never see them.
- Saved messages: Stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to your archive.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To generate and deliver personalized daily messages.
- To send push notifications per your preferences.
- To manage your subscription and trial period.
3. Data Storage and Security
We do not store any personally identifiable information. All data is linked to an anonymous identifier generated on your device. We use industry-standard security practices and do not sell data to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services for subscription management and AI-powered message generation. These services receive only the minimum anonymous data necessary to function. No personally identifiable information is shared.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your anonymous profile preferences and subscription record while your subscription is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@mssdevs.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
6. Children's Privacy
MessageGarden is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the date at the top of this page.
